What data we collect and why

Data sent through the website forms (contact, feedback, service requests, licence requests, rental application): name, email, phone and the information entered in the fields. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The data is used exclusively to reply to and manage the request.

Rental application documents (identity document, tax code, utility bill, VAT assignment, bank details): they are stored in a server area not accessible from the web and communicated exclusively to the partner processing the rental application. They are deleted once the application process is completed.

Licence requests: the data is also communicated to the technical supplier activating the licences (Ufficio Leader NT).

Browsing statistics: the website records the page visited, date and time, referring website and device type. The IP address is not stored: it is only used to generate a daily anonymous code that cannot be traced back to the person. No profiling cookies or third-party analytics services are used.

GDPR self-assessment tool: access requires an email address, used to send the result and for professional follow-up contact.

Cookies and local storage

The website only uses: a technical PHP session cookie (required by the forms), and the browser's local storage to remember the closing of the cookie notice and of the holiday popup. No profiling or advertising cookies.

Third-party services

Some pages load resources from third parties, which may process the visitor's IP address: Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam protection of the forms), Google Fonts and cdnjs/Cloudflare (fonts and icons), Google Maps (map on the contact page). Emails are sent through the domain's email provider (Aruba).

Retention

Requests sent via forms and email are kept for the time needed to manage them and for legal obligations; rental application documents until the application process is completed; browsing statistics in anonymous form.

Your rights

You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to info@thejackpc.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

Transfers outside the EU

The third-party providers listed above may involve transfers to non-EU countries on the basis of standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.
