- Hours/units cannot be split
- Call-out fee applied only outside Milan, equal to 1 hour/unit
- For urgent interventions, i.e. within 8 working hours without appointment, hours/units are doubled.
- For interventions on public holidays and weekends, hours/units are doubled.
